Affiliated Appraisers of Ottawa is a division of Affiliated Real Estate Group of Ottawa (1997) Inc. The company was founded June 19, 1979. Presently there are twenty-three employees, twenty of which are appraisers. All appraisers are members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and carry liability insurance. Our company has become renowned for its professionalism in real estate appraisals with its large and varied clientele. Affiliated Appraisers is actively engaged in all facets of real estate appraisals. We specialize in but are not limited to Mortgage Financing, Relocations, Assessment Appeals, Power of Sales, Separation of Assets, Estate Settling and Replacement Cost Appraisals for Insurance Purposes. We operate mainly within the National Capital Region; however, we carry out assignments within a 160 kilometre radius thereof.
